A Separate Role for the External Service Administrator
There is a newly created role for the external service user "External Service - Administrator". This role has the same permissions as the external service role. So far this had to be set up at the individual user level which was time-consuming. From now on the permissions can be set up at a role level and then assign a role to the user which is much more effective. This is helpful, for example, to the manager of the external service team, who supervises tickets, assigns them, and adds costs.
