Adding absences - modification for external services

The absence module has been modified by the possibility of establishing a substitution by an external service employee. From now on it can be a person within his/her own external service. So far, an external service employee, while adding an absence, has not been able to indicate a substitute from the external service to which he belongs (it could only be an internal person).
