Adding initials to users' avatars

One of the last updates for Singu FM was displaying of user avatars in even more places of the application, for example, on the ticket list. Now, if the user has not uploaded an avatar, the system will automatically generate an icon with his initials. The list of avatars with initials will be visible on the list of tickets, contacts, news, and more. It will make it easier to recognize the application users, especially those who have not added any photo/image to their profile.
