Assigning a User or Department to a Ticket Type in the Responsibility Matrix
In Singu FM, we have added the ability to assign a user or department to the ticket type in the responsibility matrix. If a ticket is created for a ticket type whose responsible person or department has been defined in the responsibility matrix, it will be automatically delegated to the corresponding responsible person.
Example: if a specific ticket type (e.g., defect) is chosen for a specified complex, a particular responsible person or department will automatically be selected once such a ticket is added.
If a responsible person is both defined in the matrix for a ticket type and a category, the ticket type will have higher priority.
