Avatar of the host in a pre-booking invitation

The pre-booking invitation has been enhanced with an avatar of the host along with his name and surname. This information is only displayed in invitations if it has been previously entered. In addition, host data can be downloaded as a business card in vcf format and added to contacts to even more improve communication between the guest and the host.
