Better organized the Information tab in the Devices details

The Information tab in the Devices details has been modified. Additionally, in this tab, you can add attributes and a group of custom attributes. In the Parameters tab, it is also possible to quickly add a new value of the device parameter and generate graphs based on the entered data.
