Changed the Visibility of Terminated Service Contracts

Now terminated service contracts are no longer visible in the list of service contracts. If needed, you can select the "Include terminated" checkbox to display them again.

Additionally, at the level of the service contract, a new "Terminate" button has been added that allows the status of the contract to be changed (required to enable the appropriate permission). Once the contract is terminated, future inspections will no longer be sent for payment processing and adding invoices will not be possible. You cannot revert contract termination.
