Changing the Building in the Equipment Details

From now on, it is possible to change localization of the equipment in Singu FM. It can be useful when an equipment is moved to another building due to, for example, reorganization of production. All the data from the buildings where the equipment was located will be shown in the history tab. Buildings can be changed within a single complex.
