Deactivating the checklist

In the inspection module, it is possible now to deactivate the selected checklist. After deactivation, inactive checklists will not be displayed in the checklist by default. Inactive checklists are also not suggested when adding them to the inspection definition. The inactive checklist can be reactivated at any time. Just select the "Include inactive" checkbox and reactivate it in the edit of the selected checklist.
