Deleting questions and answers from the survey

It is now possible to deactivate the questions and answers that were added to some tickets. Deactivated questions or answers will still be visible in the tickets that were used in the survey before the deactivation date. However, once a ticket has been created and the selected question/answer is no longer active, it will not appear in the ticket form.
