Duplicating inspection definitions for multiple complexes

There has been added the ability to duplicate inspection definitions for multiple complexes simultaneously. By duplicating such a definition, there is an option to indicate multiple complexes together with the building complexes and locations assigned to them. Other data/parameters/tasks will be assigned to a duplicated definition.
