Editing Party Responsible for Payment on the Ticket List

When editing the ticket parameters, it is possible to specify the party responsible for the payment, indicating whether it should be the tenant or the manager (a person according to the Acceptance matrix). Editing the cost is possible until it is approved. Changes can also be made from the mobile application.

Additionally, the ticket list has been extended with a new column "Payment responsibility" and filtering options.
