Equipment Downtime

The "History" tab in the equipment details has been expanded with a new column presenting the equipment downtime. Downtime of equipment concern ticket to which the device was added. There is also a possibility to filter by the tickets, in which given equipment had downtime. Thanks to the monitoring of equipment downtime, we can more accurately analyze data related to the operation of equipment.
