ESG Target Setting – ESG reporting

One integral element of GRESB certification is the ability to set long-term targets. To meet the requirements of GRESB certification (but not only), a new Targets tab has been added to the ESG extension.

Target type can be customized according to resources, and the property portfolio can have any number of targets that will be visible across the organization, such as reducing energy or greenhouse gas consumption by a certain percentage from the previous period. The Singu FM application will enable continuous tracking of progress towards the targets set.

Adding a target involves specifying a metric (e.g. greenhouse gas emissions), selecting a building, a target year and base year, as well as a quarter, and entering the percentage of the objective (decrease/increase).
