Evacuation Reports Modifications

We have made several modifications regarding the confirmation of evacuation by tenants. As part of this modification, we improved the generation of evacuation protocols for the tenants and added a possibility to create reports through an evacuation report template. These changes will allow for safe and digital archiving of data in the Singu FM system related to evacuation procedures.
