Information about comments added to the inspection

From now on, the exclamation mark icon in the inspections list additionally appears after adding a note to the numerical task in the inspection. Before, this icon was only displayed when a related ticket has been added to the inspection. This modification allows you to quickly identify those inspections that may require additional and rapid action.
