Labels Available for Substitutes for Absentees

A user who is a substitute for a person who has added an absence in the Singu system will have access to that person's labels, both private (those belonging only to the specific user) and public (those of which the absent person is an observer). From now on, substitutes will have access to labels that contain important information.
