List of featured tickets by complex

There has been added a new widget in the Dashboard - “List of entries distinguished by the complex” which presents only those tickets added to the chosen complex. Additionally, the tickets on the list are marked with pre-defined tags. The widget presents the number of the ticket (with the possibility to go directly to the ticket after clicking on its number), the subject as well as the date of adding the ticket. Tickets are grouped according to the complexes to which the user has access.

Besides, the widget can be extended to include also the status, system, owner, responsible party and building. The widget options enable to select ticket tags that should be visible in the table.
