Meters Intensity – ESG reporting
Every building has a different total area, which is why another important modification for ESG reporting is the intensity indicator. The intensity indicator for energy, water and greenhouse gas emissions takes into account the size of the building.
It will be used, for example, in reports to show the extent to which a given resource is consumed per area size (e.g. a water meter from a given area of a building) or to examine improvements in the consumption of a resource over a given period of time (e.g. less water consumption in a given building compared to the previous year).
