Modification related to the display of a message after saving the tasks in the checklist

The alert after saving the checklist tasks has been divided into two separate notifications. The green one informs about saving the task, the yellow one reminds about the need to modify the checklist in the inspection definition. This message will not disappear until the user closes it. It will prevent the user from not reading the entire message or from missing the modification in the checklist in the inspection definition (the green one closes automatically after a few seconds).
