New button "Confirm vehicle from off-list"

In the case of vehicle registration by LPR camera, it may happen that e.g. three cars enter immediately after each other. In such a situation there is a risk that the sensor installed in the barrier may not register all cars. As a result, it was impossible to confirm the car (acceptance) by the tenant, because the car, despite being on the park area, was not on the list. From now on, a new button has been added on the tenant's screen, which allows you to register and accept a driver from the car at once according to his registration number so that he can leave the park.
