Payment Responsibility in the Mobile App

We have added the possibility to set payment responsibility in the mobile app through the pencil icon in ticket details. This option is based on the same permission as in the computer version, similarly, is

only available until the cost has been added for approval. Choosing the option will result in an entry in the ticket log.
