PDF file with survey history

Each time the ticket's survey is edited, a note with a PDF file will be added, informing that the survey has been edited. In this case, the author of the note is the user who edited the survey. The PDF file contains a list of survey questions with previous versions of answers (before their edition). The modification requires the activation of application settings.
