Real-Time Notifications for Ticket Changes

We understand the importance of real-time communication, especially when multiple users are working on the same ticket. Therefore, we have introduced push notifications in the Singu FM interface. These notifications inform users about updates made by other users in real-time. They identify the person currently writing a note for a ticket, while an additional prompt at the top of the screen signals the need to refresh the page to avoid overwriting the ticket. These notifications streamline communication and prevent simultaneous editing of tickets by multiple users.
