Reduce Restrictions During Warehouse Transfers

Whenever resources are sent to another warehouse, all available warehouses are listed, so they can be sent to any warehouse. When accepting resources from the warehouse (from which resources arrive), you can choose the right one from the list, where all warehouses are also visible. Resources waiting to be received to the warehouse are visible if this selected warehouse is the destination one.
