Person Responsible in the E-mail Notifications
From now on, in the e-mail notifications regarding tickets there will also be information about the person responsible. The field will be displayed in situations when the user has been added to:
• Ticket observers
• Ticket coordinators
• Ticket observers with acceptance option
• Or the cost added to the ticket has been automatically approved
Thanks to this, the e-mail notification will provide complete information, that will streamline the process of managing tickets.
