Responsible Person Field in the Ticket Protocol

Until now, the ticket protocol has displayed the name of a specific person in the field with the details of the person responsible for the ticket. It will now also display the name of the external service that handled the ticket. The company responsible for the ticket can be identified more quickly this way.
