Sending news to users by assigned labels

From now on, it is possible to add labels not only on the ticket list, but also for users. You can quickly send the news to a specific group of users according to assigned labels, for example, by a function they perform. Additionally, the modification enables you to filter users according to the set labels and the label itself will be displayed in an additional column on the list.
