Shared and Personal Filters

To improve working with tickets, the list of filters is divided into personal filters, containing filters added by users themselves, and shared filters with filters created, for example, by a Singu administrator, which can be accessed by several people. With the new permission granted to administrators, they will be able to both create and edit shared filters. It is also possible to indicate which roles in the application will have access to saved filters. Saved filters are shared per role and it is not possible to make them available to single users.
