Simplified Acceptance Matrix & transferring data and information from the Observers tab to the workflow rule

This modification includes the following changes:

• The Observer tab has been deleted.

• The way how the data is displayed on the Acceptance tab has changed. Since now, this module is displayed as the Acceptance Matrix and can be found in the Main Menu  Master Data  Tickets.

• The Acceptance Matrix works in the same way as before, only the way it is displayed and searched has changed. On a single page you can see the entire matrix for all complexes and buildings. This data can be filtered accordingly.

• A new Groups button has also been to the acceptance matrix, allowing you to quickly display and add a new user group, together with the option to edit and delete existing groups.

• All data and information from the Observers tab is automatically transferred to the workflow rule (based on the previous information that was added in the Observers tab, the application will automatically create workflow rules).
