Status icons and filtering by cost acceptance status

The list of tickets are now extended with the possibility to display the tickets with an added cost to accept. The acceptance status is indicated by an appropriate icon visible in the Status column. This will make it easier to display those tickets to which a cost to accept has been added. Besides, there will be a new filter added, allowing you to filter tickets by cost acceptance status.

The icons are visible according to the role and privileges of a given system user. Tenants can also see these icons only if the cost to be accepted in the ticket has been added per tenant.
