Tenant App Improvements

If no information has yet been published, e.g., in the “My building” card to which Tenant has access, the module will be not visible to the user. If information pages have been completed for only some of the buildings available to the tenant, the remaining buildings pages will display a message on a special graphic, informing that there is no content for that page.
