More Efficient Feedback for Tickets/External Services

Rating of tickets and building services has been extended with the possibility of additional questions appearing depending on the user's rating. This modification will allow for more precise feedback from Singu users.

For low ratings (from one to three stars), the user will be asked to elaborate more on what can be improved. If the user sends positive feedback, the system will enable the user to clarify the feedback and indicate what he or she liked best.
