Ticket Import Template – Improvements

We have expanded the template for automatically adding tickets. It now includes three new columns: cost, cost name, and resolution date. It is also possible to create templates for more than one building. This allows the budget widgets to display complete data by keeping records of ticket costs and adding them to the budget.
