​Less Paper, More Efficient Visitor Entries

We have added the ability to send a QR code to visitors who self-register using Singu Guestbook, reducing the printing of paper badges and replacing access cards with a fully digital approach.

The QR code can be sent to the guest's email address entered during registration, or to their phone number via SMS with a link to the code. Visitors can then quickly enter and exit the facility by scanning the code at the gates.

The change has been implemented in both standard and touchless modes of Singu Guestbook. The relevant setting for the building must be enabled. If a QR code is sent to the phone, the SMS gateway must also be activated.
