Documentation - Linking to Protocols and Other External Drives

The documentation module now includes the ability to create shared directories (for instances) visible to all buildings. Additionally, links to documents stored in an external service can be added, and finding that file will be possible through Singu. This will streamline implementations with a large number of buildings where the directory structure is the same.
