Adding a Calendar File to Service Visit Mail Notifications

This modification ensures that visits are carried out on time and streamlines the workflow of technicians, who will have access to the scheduled visit details and won't forget about it.

The ICS file enables quick addition of a scheduled visit to popular email and calendar programs. Furthermore, the file will include important information such as the ticket number with a link or a ticket description.
