New Workflow - Update Responsible Party by Role

With this enhancement, users can select "Responsible role" as an attribute. Once a role is selected, the workflow rule automatically transfers the ticket to a random active user with that specific role, provided they have access to the complex from the ticket. This streamlines the process of delegating inspections and assigns them to the appropriate person.

The Singu administrator can choose "Responsible role" as one of the options available under the "Change attributes" action, which is selectable for the "Change ticket" and "Add ticket" events.This functionality increases flexibility when managing ticket workflow.
