Changes in Notes - Notifications and Visibility
We are introducing two major changes to the notes feature: notifications for private notes related to specific tickets and the ability to customize the visibility of internal notes. Users with access to private notes in tickets will now see them by default. They will receive notifications when others add new notes, ensuring important information is not overlooked. Administrators can now manage note visibility, deciding which roles or users can view internal notes. These updates offer flexible solutions for different scenarios, prioritizing data security, especially for tickets involving external services.
