Keyword Search in Tickets and Inspection Notes

From now on, within the filtering options in the Ticket and Inspection modules, we added the "Search in notes" checkbox. This checkbox will automatically appear after entering the first character in the search field. Users can select this option to include ticket and inspection notes in the search process. Users can better locate tickets even when they do not know their exact title, reducing time loss and improving search efficiency.
