Filling in the form when creating a new ticket in the mobile app

The mobile version of Singu FM has been extended with the possibility to fill in the form while creating a new ticket. After selecting a ticket type with previously added form, you will be able to fill it out by clicking on a new button. There has also been added a new tab allowing to view and edit the form.
