Setting the visibility of notes generated from mail
Another new application setting is the ability to specify the visibility of notes generated from the e-mail. It will be possible to determine whether the note, which is automatically added to the ticket as an e-mail response to the ticket, will be internal or public. So far, such a note has always been public, consequently, any user with access to this ticket could read it. From now on, if the appropriate configuration requirements are met, it is possible to determine whether the notes generated from the e-mail message will be internal or public.
