Importing tickets using the XLS template

The ticket has been enhanced with a possibility to import tickets by using the XLS template. After downloading a template to import tickets for a selected building, it is necessary to fill in the missing data - the same fields to fill in as when creating a new ticket in the application. The filled-in XLS file can be quickly imported to the system. It will allow you to conveniently add multiple tickets at once, without the need to fill in the new ticket form separately. Additionally, if a workflow rule has been added for a given ticket, after importing them using a template, this rule will be automatically activated.
