Delegating to the department by external service
External services responsible for a given ticket have gained the possibility to delegate the ticket to the department. So far, when a given external service wanted to internally delegate a ticket to a given company, it was only possible to delegate it to a specific person. Now external services can select the whole department, e.g. technical department.
