Determining the Type of Surface Area
We have added surface area values to GHG, energy, and water usage reports in the ESG reporting system. This will allow for comparison of the percentage of the building that is metered, enabling analysis of whether the building has sufficient meter coverage.Surface coverage should be less than or equal to the maximum surface coverage.
