Entering the order number during pre-booking
During the visitor's pre-booking, the employee is now able to also indicate whether it is a maintenance visit or not. In case of the maintenance visit, the host needs to mark the new checkbox “Repairman” when prebooking the visit. Consequently, a text box will appear allowing you to enter the order number. Additionally, there has been added a column "Repairman" on the list of visitor’s entries in the reception interface.
