Filtering in the ESG Reporting System
Another feature added to Singu FM is the expansion of filters in ESG reporting, allowing filtering by 'Complex Groups,' 'Tenants,' and selecting data from all properties within an instance, using both the 'Building' and 'Complex' filters. This enables the presentation of data based on location, not just buildings or complexes. Filtering by complex groups allows the selection of more than one group, which can be customized, for example, based on complexes and, therefore, buildings as well. Choosing tenants allows building owners to track tenant activities and provide them with data related to their ESG reports. This information is available on the dashboard and in ESG reports.
