Modifications on the ticket location map
From now on, after clicking on an added pin on the plan, you will see not only the number of the ticket with its name but also the owner and a person responsible for the ticket. The direction of the report is clearly indicated by the added arrows icon. Additionally, this new notification shows the system and the ticket type.
