Ticket Timeline Shows New Statuses
The ticket form's timeline now shows customized statuses that are based on the permissions of a given user and the configuration of a given implementation/instance. Walking through the steps of a ticket will be more convenient and intuitive from now on. A ticket's details will appear as soon as you click it. Having this change allows us to visualize whether the most important elements of a ticket have been completed and to whom the next step belongs.
