Unavailable questions in the ticket form - mobile app modification
We have modified how certain types of questions that are not supported by the mobile application are displayed in the ticket form. The mobile version of Singu FM does not allow you to add a numerical answer, attach a file or a photo. Therefore, these types of questions in the form are now be displayed as grayed out. This modification informs the user that it is not possible to add answers to these types of questions. You will still be able to answer or edit the remaining answers in the survey questions.
